(The longer we can install in a given day, the lesser a need for lodging):
We can install outside of normal business hours; We can have 24 hour access to the building in which we will be installing; There will be people (contractors/employees) working in the area in which we are installing; Art will need to be moved from a storage area to the area where it will be installed; A designer/consultant will be on site to place the art pieces. A cart or ladder will be available if needed. "Installation needs to be done yesterday!"
